Materia Magica. A MUD, or Text Based Game.

I started playing Materia Magica, or Moon Gate, as it was known at that time, in 1998?. Materia Magica is a text-based multiplayer fantasy world (also known as a Multi User Dungeon, or MUD) in which adventurers kill creatures, go on quests, buy and sell equipment, earn gold, and all the while, earn experience and improve your character.
